Border Governors Meet to Discuss Pressing Issues
MONTERREY, Nuevo Leon, Mexico - U.S. and Mexico border governors convened this week in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico for the XXVII Border Governors Conference (BGC), the largest binational annual venue, which brings together border leaders to address and resolve some of the most important issues affecting the United States and Mexico. This annual conference allows border governors to present to the federal governments in Washington, D.C. and Mexico City a uniform voice for the borderlands.

Action Items Progress Report

Health Services Action Item Progress Report
The Arizona-Mexico Commission closely monitors the development of action items from each committee by requesting a progress report from the co-chairs on a bimonthly basis. These reports serve as an update to the Governor, board of directors, and committee membership. Although more committee progress reports will be requested prior to the Fall Plenary Session, one report has recently been requested and was received in September 2008.
