This year's Plenary Session theme is Agreements for a Better Future.  The Plenary Session attendees have an opportunity to engage in more than one committee meeting and network with like-minded individuals.

General Agenda
The format of this year's Plenary Session is a 2-day conference with the agenda comprising of 8 Committee Meetings and a Welcoming Reception on Thursday, February 9; 7 Committee Meetings, the Plenary Session, Press Conference, and Gala Dinner on Friday, February 10.

Registration Dates and Fees
Members of the Arizona-Mexico Commission, please make sure you are logged in to receive discounted registration rates. To log in, click on the upper right hand corner of the website homepage and enter your user ID and password. Then visit the meetings and events page, and click on register for AMC events.

Hotel Accommodations
The main Plenary hotel is Las Palomas Condominios and the secondary Plenary hotel is Peñasco del Sol. A limited amount of rooms are available at each hotel for Arizona participants to reserve on a first-come, first-serve basis. Individuals should make reservations directly with the hotel(s). If you are planning to share a room with another guest, please designate 1 person in your group to call the hotel directly and specify the names of each individual staying in the room. The hotel will provide a receipt for each individual person and/or persons sharing a room.
